Abraham was Private from Bellerica, Massachusetts, in Captain Nunot's company, Colonel Deke's regiment, Tewksbury, in November, 1776. He was also a fifer in Captain Stephen Russell's company, Colonel Samuel Ballard's regiment (engaged August 15, 1777, and discharged 3 months and 28 days later (on November 30), receiving a wage of £8 13 s 1 d. During the same year he was out 3 months as Sergeant in Captain Malloon's company, Colonel Putnam's regiment. |
